As a Buddhist and a designer, I feel that the Philosophy of Buddhism helps me a lot in overcoming my adversary. That’s why I decided to self-publish this magazine online, KUSALA – which also means karmically wholesome in Pali. It is a free online interactive magazine that presents Buddhism philosophy as a practical living and applying the Dharma to our mental health. It intends to inspire or show how Buddhist teachings can help to understand the challenges in our daily life and how the least application of such principles has wholesome effects on the surrounding around us and ourselves.
“Let’s look at our inner worlds — the personal struggles, the fears that fool us into believing that the rest of the world is normal. A magazine that focuses on real conversations around thoughts, feelings, emotions in our heads.”
