Hello! I’m Kyle Neo

I’m a freelance designer and creative director.

Excuse me, ermmm what’s that?

A designer uses design skills to promote a company, or its products and services creatively.
I apply design thinking process for solving tricky client’s brief by streamlining my ideas and
providing innovative solutions.

Got it, so you are a problem solver?

Yes, my job is to design and bring across the intended message to a specific group of people, so that they are well informed.

Whatever. Are you any good at it?

Well, not to blow one’s own horn, but I’ve had the chance to work with some pretty great companies like Coca Cola and Planet ad and have done some amazing designs I’m proud of that you can check it out on my portfolio.

Okay, seem like you know what you are doing. What else can you tell me about yourself?

When I’m not designing, I’m a Guide conducting Buddhism tours in Thailand & India.
I’m also a social entrepreneur.

I’m intrigued, a social entrepreneur. What do you mean by social entrepreneur?

I started a business, KINDFU selling aromatherapy and mindfulness products and part of the proceeds help the underprivileged in Chiang Mai.

What a surprise, Any other projects you have been undertaking?

I don’t consider myself as an author but in 2013, I was diagnosed with cancer and after my treatments. I’ve written a book, Monk Key on how I overcome my cancer treatments.

Oh, so now you’re an author too?

All in all, no matter what discipline, I truly enjoy the act of creation, and I love sharing with people my stories and my ideals in life through creative design.
